## 1. Workshop Registrations

Due to the nature of our live workshops, digital educational content, and limited participant capacity, payments may be non-refundable once registration has been confirmed.

Therefore, unless otherwise specifically stated on the applicable offer or sales page, all workshop registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

## 2. Cancellation by Participant

If you are unable to attend a workshop after completing your registration, you may contact us as early as possible.

A refund is not guaranteed for non-attendance.

Where possible, we may provide an alternative session, recording, or another reasonable solution at our discretion.

## 3. Workshop Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us

If AI Filmmakers cancels or substantially reschedules a workshop, we may provide an alternative date, replacement session, or other appropriate resolution.

In circumstances where a refund is applicable, it will be communicated to the registered participants.

## 4. Duplicate Payments

If you believe you have accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same registration, please contact us with the transaction details.

After verification, an eligible duplicate payment may be refunded to the original payment method.

## 5. Failed Transactions

If your payment is deducted from your bank account but your registration is not successfully confirmed, please contact us with your transaction/reference details.

We will verify the transaction and take appropriate action.

If the payment was unsuccessful, any amount temporarily debited by the payment processor or bank is generally subject to that payment provider's settlement and reversal process.

## 6. Digital Products and Recordings

Because digital products, recordings, downloadable materials, and online educational content can be accessed or delivered electronically, purchases of such products are generally non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided, unless otherwise stated on the relevant offer page or required by applicable law.
